Customer Service Account Manager – Matthew Ryalls
From the very word go in the working world, Matt our experienced service manager, got involved with customer facing roles. Starting out working life at a local Italian restaurant he soon realised he was in his element when looking after customers and attending to their needs (as well as the amazing pizza that came with the role).
It was at that point he decided he would like to compile his two passions into his everyday working life and career. These two passions of his are automotive engineering and helping people out in general. Matt successfully landed himself an apprentice role with Volkswagen as a product advisor, supporting the customer service advisors. Nothing was too much of a task for Matt as he just loved what he was doing!
2 months into his apprenticeship there was big changes from the top.. some people moved positions, some people were promoted and others were relieved of their duties. This was part of a massive shake up from Volkswagen group to drive for 100% customer satisfaction. Thankfully in all of this Matt’s work ethic was noticed and his apprenticeship was fast-tracked. He was promoted to customer service advisor within 6 months of working for the business and successfully completed his apprenticeship. He then went onto the next stage of qualification to become recognised internationally by Volkswagen as an accredited customer service advisor!
After a successful two years in that role Matt wanted to up his game as he felt he had mastered the ins and outs of customer service with a volume brand. He moved onto a Ferrari and Maserati dealership in Nottingham where his customer service skills were enhanced by ten-fold! This is where he became successful at dealing with challenging customers in the correct manner and providing impeccable customer service whilst doing so!
An absolute asset to any business that values their customers!
