We also recently said goodbye to our first-ever project car: a BMW 123d twin-turbo. We worked within a budget to create something functional and fun. We upgraded the fueling system by swapping in a system from a BMW X5 40d, installed exhaust modifications, stripped the interior to save around 300 kilograms of weight, and performed suspension upgrades. With Nankang AR1 tyres and a focus on track performance, it served as a great budget track car for a while before being sold to one of our existing customers. This project car proves that we can turn your budget vehicle into a capable track car! With our wealth of experience and access to the finest components, we are ready to take on any project, no matter how big or small. We took a brand-new vehicle from BMW, opened the engine, and installed a complete set of forged components, new camshafts, and uprated valves — transforming it into a 1200-horsepower powerhouse. This is currently the most powerful BMW G81 LCI in the world, showcasing our team’s skill and dedication to high-performance builds.

Our first project car is the BMW M240i, featuring the Generation 1 B58 platform. This car is fully track-built with 500 horsepower, a roll cage, KW suspension, AP Racing brakes, and a full race tyre setup. It also features a Manhart-style wide arch body kit, carbon fibre bonnet, and a Vulcan Alpha wing that produces 200 kilograms of downforce.
Additionally, the vehicle is fitted with Suspension Secrets components on the subframe and geometry, with a complete geo setup to enhance handling precision.
